Salmon. It’s so easy to use. Generously sprinkle the seasoning over the Salmon and then add slices of lime to cover the fish. Bake in the oven at around 400F for about 20 mins, depending on the thickness of your fish. Serve it with a good helping of green veggies – delicious!

French Fries

This one is really easy, if you like sprinkling your French Fries with salt, try using this seasoning instead. It adds a delicious spicy twist to the humble French Fry!

Fresh Fruit

Now this one might surprise you. Chili Lime seasoning is also exceptionally good on fresh fruit such as pineapple or mango. For a twist, fire up the grill and grill some sliced pineapple. Serve it warm with the seasoning generously sprinkled on the top. This goes great with a ham or gammon steak – delicious!

Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

This one is great at Halloween when you are in the middle of carving your pumpkins. Why waste all of those tasty seeds. Wash them off, dry and place in a bowl. Add a little olive oil, you don’t need much, maybe a teaspoon or two. Coat the seeds well and then lay them out on cookie sheet. Sprinkle the seasoning on them and bake slowly until they are crunchy. These make such a healthy snack – you will want them all year round!
