White Chocolate and Raspberry pies

White Chocolate and Raspberry piesWOW, These White Chocolate and Raspberry pies are A M A Z I N G. If you like these, which you will I promise you will, then you should try my Chocolate and Banana Pies or my Blueberry and cream cheese ones – they are just as delicious and as easy to make as these White Chocolate and Raspberry pies. Eat them warm – they are so good!

We cooked dinner for friends on Saturday, Pulled pork for the main course and then two desserts, this recipe is one of them! These were a hit and finished the meal so well – oh and let’s not forget the 4 bottles of wine that were consumed.

These are so simple to make, anyone can make them and literally they take about 12 minutes before you are eating them, and best of all they are made with just three ingredients, yep just three.

So here you go, give them a go.

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of Pilsbury Crescents
  •  16 Raspberries
  • White Chocolate Chips

Preheat your oven to 375 F. Separate the Crescents and at the large end add two Raspberries and a few white chocolate chips. Roll them up ensuring the chocolate and raspberries are completely sealed in. Place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake for around 10 minutes until golden brown. Sprinkle with a little powdered (Icing) sugar and serve warm.

If you’re not keen on white chocolate then I would recommend using dark chocolate as a replacement. For something, a little different try them with a little Nutella instead of the chocolate.
