Tip Tuesday: Cooking Fish on the BBQ

Today’s Tuesday Tip – Cooking Fish on the BBQ

Hey everyone and welcome to Tip Tuesday’s each week. Yep you guessed it on a Tuesday, GrubandBooze will be publishing one short tip related to food or of course booze – what else!

Cooking fish on the BBQ

There are lots of ways of cooking fish on the BBQ, You could use Cedar planks, Steam the fish in foil, for Shrimp you can skewer them, but how do you cook a nice filet of fish straight on the grill and avoid it sticking?

One really simple way is to thinly slice some citrus fruit such as lemon, lime or even orange and place this directly onto the grill, then place your fish on top of the fruit to cook. You will avoid a sticky mess and the effort of scraping your fish from the grill. The added bonus? Your fish will absorb the flavor of the fruit!
