Trader Joes Chili Lime Seasoning.

Grilled corn with Chili Lime SeasoningTrader Joes Chili Lime Seasoning is so versatile. Here are 5 more things that you can season with it.  Following on from my previous post about this Seasoning I hope you enjoy these as much as we do as a family.

Corn on the Cob or other vegetables

Now I do not like Corn on the Cob, mainly because I don’t digest it (don’t need to go into any more detail) but I’m reliably informed that sprinkling this the Trader Joes Chili Lime Seasoning on grilled corn is out of this world. I will take everyone’s word for this one.

Nuts

Take a sandwich bag, add your favorite nuts. While they are in the bag, sprinkle in the seasoning and give the bag a shake for a minute or so to thoroughly coat the nuts in the Trader Joes Chili Lime seasoning and just enjoy as a snack.

Eggs

The Chili Lime Seasoning is amazing on Eggs. Whether you like then fried, poached or scrambled this seasoning goes so well on them. Try it with Deviled Eggs too which will add a little kick to them. You won’t be disappointed.

Potato Chips with Chili Lime Seasoning

Your own Potato Chips

These are so easy to make and taste delicious. Thinly slice potatoes (about 1/8th Inch thick). Using a mandoline will give you consistent thickness which is key when cooking them. Add them to a bowl and sprinkle a little olive oil on them and then add the seasoning. Mix together and then lay flat on a cookie tray with parchment paper. Bake at 450F until golden brown and crispy, they won’t take long.

Shrimp Tacos

Now I love Tacos. You can spice up your Taco Tuesday by creating shrimp or fish tacos, and sprinkle the seasoning on the top before devouring!

You can get this seasoning from various places including Trader Joes and Amazon, my favorite is Trader Joes which in my opinion is the bomb! Try the seasoning, you won’t be disappointed and if you have other ideas, why not share them in the comments below.
